An awful lot of work went into the Fishery HD XXL range.
We spoke to countless fisheries and fish farmers, getting feedback from anglers and fishery owners I genuinely respect.
The result is the biggest, most protective mat available. If you have huge carp, big grassies, sturgeon and even good size cats then there is no safer carp mat on the market.
The HD XXL Retainer is also enormous at 150cm long. A fraction shorter than the mat to ensure the fish and whole retainer fits inside the HD XXL Cot and can be completely closed. This means no crushed sides from repeated use, no bent fish and the fish can be completely contained in cot and sling.
Just like all of the Fishery HD XXL range it is also reinforced with triple stitching, single HD carbon arms, 2 complete wrap around straps and HD mesh for strength and easy drainage.
This combo combined with our Fishery HD 46 net should be in every swim on all monster carp waters.
